What happens to your data after you contact us?

When you write to us through the contact form on our website or send us an email, we store the data you provide for the period necessary to process your inquiry and to respond to any subsequent questions. We will not provide this information to third parties without your explicit consent.

Storage of your data

We would like to emphasize that, in order to facilitate the order and purchase process, as well as for the subsequent performance of the contract, we store your IP address, as well as your name, address, and email.

The data you provide is necessary for the fulfillment of our pre-contractual and contractual obligations to you. We do not provide this data to third parties, except for:

– payment service providers (bank, PayPal, ePay);
– the courier company that delivers the order;
– our accountant;
– "Shopify" AD, which acts as a data processor according to GDPR and with whom we have concluded a relevant contract.

For an uncompleted order, we store the entered data for a period of 30 days and reserve the right to periodically inform you about its status and options for its completion.

For a completed order and fulfilled contract, based on Article 6, Paragraph 1, letters "a" and "b" of GDPR, we store all data related to the contractual relationships until the expiration of the 10-year period provided in accounting legislation.

Payment

Payment by debit or credit card via the virtual POS terminal (VPOS) of DSK Bank or through the Pay by Link service.

The following card types are accepted:
Visa and Mastercard (debit, credit, and business cards).

Transactions are secured through the MasterCard Identity Check and VISA Secure programs.

For security reasons, the maximum card payment amount is ............ leva.

We do not store bank card data used for payments through the website.

When a refund is made for an amount paid with a bank card, it is refunded to the same card used for the payment.

Other payment methods:

– Cash on delivery (cash payment upon delivery);
– Bank transfer.

Use of the Opt-out option

If for any reason you wish to opt out of the services provided through cookies, you must visit the "Exercise Your Rights!" section of the website and follow the instructions provided.

Newsletter

You can subscribe to our newsletter through the form on the website. For this purpose, we need your email address and your consent to receive marketing communications.

After registration, you will receive a confirmation message with an activation link for the subscription.

After unsubscribing, we will immediately delete all your data related to receiving the newsletter.
