Products can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided they are in their original condition, unused, and with undamaged packaging.

The product is shipped at the buyer's expense. After approval of the returned product, the amount will be refunded by bank transfer to a bank account specified by the customer within 3 business days.
